Sports Physical- Appointment Sign Ups

SPORTS PHYSICALS

RHCSD offers free physicals to student athletes who wish to participate in our district athletic programs through our district medical group- Workfit Medical.

Athletes must have an updated physical on file in the health office in order for approval to play to be granted.

If you wish to take advantage of this opportunity to obtain a physical through Workfit Medical, please sign up below to sign up for an appointment slot.

All other physicals must be submitted to the health office prior to the beginning of the desired athletic season, and for the student athlete to participate in any capacity throughout the season.
