In compliance with the U.S. Environment Protection Agency (EPA) Asbestos Hazard Emergency Response Act (AHERA), the District maintains an annually updated Asbestos Management Plan, which is on file in the District Office and in the office of the Director of Facilities. The Management Plan is available for public inspection and may be viewed during regular business hours.
