Summer 2025 – Plans submitted to NYSED 

Fall 2025 – Anticipated Bid and Award Contracts

Fall 2025 – NYSED approval was received for Phase 1 and we are fully permitted as of Friday, October 10th. We will be going out to bid on Monday, October 27th, 2025 and the bid opening will be November 24th, 2025.
